  • Hardware and software repair services
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Data recovery
  • Hardware upgrades and replacements
  • Custom PC builds
  • Business IT support packages

Refunds are considered only for services performed directly by Roventrix. Third-party products or services are governed by the respective provider’s refund policy.


2. Diagnostic Fees

  • Diagnostic fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Fees cover time spent evaluating your device and providing a service estimate.
  • If we determine that repair is impossible, diagnostic fees will still apply unless otherwise agreed.

3. Service Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Not Performed as Agreed
    • If we fail to complete the service as outlined in the written estimate or service agreement.
  2. Defective Parts or Materials
    • If installed parts fail due to manufacturer defects within the warranty period.
    • Refunds may include part replacement costs and associated labor, as applicable.
  3. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
    • Incorrectly processed payments may be refunded in full upon verification.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services completed successfully according to the agreed estimate
  • Data recovery attempts where data cannot be retrieved
  • Software installation or updates successfully performed
  • Customer-initiated cancellations after service commencement
  • Third-party product purchases or licenses

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Roventrix within 7 business days of service completion via:

    • Service receipt or invoice number
    • Device details
    • Description of the issue or reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days with a resolution.

6. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Store credit, if mutually agreed
  • Check or bank transfer for certain cases

Refund processing time may vary depending on payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).


7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

  • Service was partially completed
  • Customer-requested changes during repair
  • Non-refundable components (diagnostic fees, third-party parts)

Partial refunds will be calculated based on labor, parts, and time spent.


8. Cancellations

  • Services can be canceled prior to appointment without penalty.
  • If parts have already been ordered or work has begun, cancellation fees may apply.
  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable in all cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

Roventrix is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost or corrupted data prior to service
  • Damages resulting from misuse or accidental events after service completion
